As in most countries Norway has different governmental institutions which manage digital geographical information for different sectors and purposes. As a part of this responsibility these institutions also make topological and thematic maps in both analogue and digital formats. On this Web site some of the most central institutions are presented together with some examples on cartographic development over the last years.
